The Heart Attack Grill
Once again, a friend sent me an entertaining, humorous link to a brutally honest video from the CBS Morning News on November 25, 2008.
Everywhere we go these days, we are warned of the dangers of the food we eat. Many restaurants even put the calorie count on their menu items. Not the Heart Attack Grill in Chandler, Arizona. They are right up front with their menu items. They even label their burgers with names like The Quadruple Bypass Burger for $12.95, and the All-you-can-eat Flatliner Fries Bar.

Thanks for commenting on this post. I don't believe I called the grill "bad." I called the video, "entertaining, humorous and brutally honest." I simply used it as an extreme example of the obesity problem we have in the country today. You have to admit, we do have a problem!
The good doctor and his nursing staff are just having fun with it. We all know sex sells; and he has definitely found a way to sell artery-clogging burgers and fries. Do you think they would be so busy for lunch if they had overweight, male waiters dressed in baggy scrubs? :-)
I spent a considerable amount of time on their website and you are correct, it looks like a fun place to go for lunch.
Later,
Mike
